These terms apply to the Magic City Fun Bus LLC website and SMS messaging program. Transportation reservations are subject to the booking terms provided for your reservation. These website and messaging terms do not replace your transportation agreement.
Website and reservation inquiries
Magic City Fun Bus LLC provides group transportation in Minot and the surrounding area. Website descriptions and inquiry submissions do not guarantee availability or confirm a reservation. Contact us for availability and the applicable booking terms. Provide accurate contact and trip information and do not use the website or messaging service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
SMS program: Magic City Fun Bus LLC
Our SMS program includes informational/transactional messages such as booking confirmations, trip reminders, pickup details, reservation updates, and responses to inquiries. Customers who separately opt in to marketing may also receive promotional offers and announcements about our transportation services. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies based on your reservations, inquiries, and selected messaging categories.
Age restriction (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the Magic City Fun Bus LLC SMS messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 may not subscribe to this SMS program. This age requirement applies to SMS enrollment and does not establish passenger age requirements for transportation services.
Consent
By selecting an SMS consent checkbox and submitting the form, you agree to receive messages in the selected category at the phone number you provide. Marketing and informational/transactional consent are separate, optional choices. You may choose either, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number or submitting a form without selecting an SMS consent checkbox does not enroll you in our SMS program. Only provide a number you own or are authorized to use.
Opt out and rejoin
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the number sending our messages. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation of your unsubscribe request and will stop sending SMS messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, complete our opt-in process again and select the message categories you want to receive. If your phone number changes or is reassigned, notify us or unsubscribe before giving up the number.

Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on your carrier, device, and network availability. For time-sensitive transportation questions, contact us directly rather than relying solely on a text message.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and protect mobile information and SMS consent data.
Compliance and changes
Our messaging program is intended to operate in accordance with applicable law, carrier requirements, and industry messaging standards. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Changes do not expand your selected SMS consent; we will obtain additional consent where required.
